Today, I was having sex with a guy that I had been dating for a while, when I suddenly went into an anaphylactic shock. Instead of helping me and calling the emergency line as I was losing consciousness, the guy drunkenly slurred to me that I should "just calm down" and then went into a deep snoring sleep. FML

That... really sounds like he was too drunk to consent, in all honesty. Unless you were equally drunk, which I can't imagine is a pleasant combination with anaphylaxis.

I can't believe people are excusing this because he was drunk! I have been super duper drunk before but I'd still be ready to freak out if a companion started dying in front of me! Even if too drunk to remember the number for 911, one can help by running screaming to the neighbor's or at the very least show empathy by crying. Lack of giving a shit is this guy's problem, not the booze.
