Today, I broke a toe. It was not too bad and I can still walk, but the doctors had to tape it to the next toe to help it heal. Turns out I am allergic to the glue on the tape. The pain of the blisters covering two toes and the itch is worst than the break. FML

Cortisone cream or benadryl cream... I recommend it. Those that are allergic to tape adhesive are more likely to have a latex allergy. Just an FYI (for your information not **** your life). Good luck.

It's just to hold your toe from moving, so just used a thin piece of cloth to wrap it together before using the tape. No more allergic reaction.

I'm sorry sir, but we had to amputate your toes. What do you mean it was the other foot!?

Ace bandages is my suggestion- and have adhesive put on your allergy list ASAP. Specify that you mean both adhesive tape AND body glue- if you are allergic to one, you are very likely to be allergic to the other.

Goddamn allergies, disturbing your broken toe!
