Today, we chose to share FMLs for free. You'll soon understand why: it's now been over a month that the website has been launched in its current incarnation. Things have gone very quickly thanks to all you wonderful people, and we're very grateful. All of you who've shared together your lives stories in the whole world (US, UK, but also Peru, China, Slovenia,... OMG!), you're the coolest cats in town.

You know what? Everyday, fmylife gathers more and more amazing stories and anecdotes, and several people and organisations have offered us the chance to make money out these stories on other websites. No way. An FML is to be shared for free. Thus, we are now offering an API which will allow all developers to interact with the website, and to diffuse the site's anecdotes onto other formats. The only thing we ask in return for using this API is obviously that the point of origin of the FMLs be clearly stated and that everything remains totally free of charge and ads. You can find all the basics about the application and the way to put your ideas into form here.

Soon, a questionnaire will appear on the website. Please take the time to fill it out, it will help us to steer this website in the right direction. We've created this website with your help, so let's expand it together.
