Illustrated FML (323) - About FMyLife (72) - Videos (34) - Ramblings (18) - Books (9) - Special guests (8) - Competitions (6)

A new deal? No, Two.

There's now several hundred thousands of you lovely people enjoying the FMLs from our website, whether viewed on your phone, on your home computer, with (or without) your boss, your friends, your spouses or even your pets. Is that enough for you guys? Not for us. The stories that we've received and published on the website will soon be put through another special filter that our team has cooked up, creating a collection of the finest FMLs. These greatest hits will then be edited into book form, which will cleverly be entitled "fmylife" (yes, we really went on a long mental journey to come up with the title). This means that you'll be able to read the best FMLs on the can, on the beach, during power cuts, or even share them with your grandmother who still can't tell the difference between a computer and a microwave.

We have decided to go with Random House Publishing Group who will take care of publishing the book, and we'd especially like to thank Ryan Doherty for his impassioned involvement in this venture. If all goes well, this summer will be all about fmylife, and further details will be given out at a later date.

As well as this amazing project, we're working hard at making the website even better, and soon we'll be implementing an internal messaging system so you can talk to other members, we'll be launching a newsletter, as well as a list of new applications created by a great bunch of developers, and finally, we'll start listing our most active moderators. But don't worry, we won't be changing the website in any way, these embellishments are only aimed at making fmylife even more fun to use.

Oh, and one last thing...

Say hello to our new logo!

If you write an FML they don't have to ask you if they can publish it because when you post it you're giving them permission to publish it no matter if it's online or in a book or wherever. Just like if you send in a postcard to postsecret you're giving Frank permission to publish it online or in one of his books.

And about the new logo I like it!! I think it does have a point and its fuck MY life. When you post an FML you're saying fuck my life not fuck your life so it makes since why the M is bloated
