Today, while we were at a work party, I noticed a drunk lady in the mix. I pointed out to my boss how dumb she looked. It was his daughter. FML

Not necessarily. I would tell my boss in a second if someone was being trashy at a PROFESSIONAL work party! He should be made aware of stuff like that.

When you're at a work party, don't make comments. Just smile, shake hands and make small talk. If someone is drunk and you don't know who it is, don't point it out. If it's your friend, that's a different matter and you can make fun of them. Someone you don't know, at a work party, you should not point it out. Ever.
