Maybe sit down with all the wasps and find the source of their anger, maybe their parents weren't there for them, maybe they were bullied in wasp school, a conversation is all you need so nobody else has to get hurt.

Does your contract cover pest control, or is there a state requirement for landlords to provide it for certain murderous pests? If so you might have a case to bring it up or allow you to break your lease and move somewhere else.

fml comment section makes no sense. harmless or senseable people get ganged on and disliked for no reason and irrational biased fools get voted sky high

Or in some cases, have yourself pay for it and based on the cost you would be allowed to deduct it from your rent.

$4000 seems pretty excessive for just getting rid of wasps. I mean we're not talking termites here. Frankly I'd drop a dozen Raid Fumigation bombs in there and see how it does for awhile.

Look up your rights and see if you can withhold rent until something is done about it. Consult a lawyer if need be/possible.

Don't you understand that wasps are evil and can't be reasoned with?? They sting you for fun...they just want to watch the world burn.
