Today, since I have horrible allergies, I asked my coworker for the box of tissues back that she took from my desk. She declined my request and offered me a "gently used" pad to wipe my nose instead. FML

They're YOUR tissues, she's not allowed to decline, don't even ask, just tell her to give them back. Also, what the hell is wrong with her? "Gently used," why would she think you would want that anywhere near you face? Why does she even have a used pad on her?

"Gently" used or fully used, someone handing you their soiled pad is still something to talk to your HR manager about. A coworker stealing stuff from your desk is also concerning, but I'd be willing to bet that's not the part of this story that will grab the HR's attention.

If I were you I would of just stole em back when she left her desk and hide them for the day.(because obviously you would be accused of stealing) Then just get another box and write my name on it.
