Today, my power went out due to storms. We get well water at my house and the pumps don't work without power. I'm stuck in the bathroom with food poisoning. I am unable to flush the toilet since there is no water. The workers said they won't be don't fixing the problem for 7 hours. FML

Today, 3 hours into a 7-hour flight, I only ate half the chocolate mousse that came with my meal and decided to give the rest to my boyfriend. While reaching for his tray, he mistook the action as me stealing his mousse. We spent the rest of the flight covered in sticky soft drink splatter. FML

Today, I called in sick to work. My boss told me there's no excuse for sick days, because she once came in to work while suffering from pneumonia. Apparently, that's supposed to be impressive and inspiring. I don't know about you, but bad medical decisions aren't very inspirational to me. FML
