Kids say all sorts of ridiculous things, I don't think you should take it to heart. Last year I was a size 6 and my 10 year old cousin said my legs were really fat "like mommy" who is a size 4.

Don't take it to heart, I'm sure you're beautiful on the inside. Well. that's not true, I'm not sure of that at all. The thought of looking like you traumatises children.

Oh kids! They'll cry over anything if you let them. She's just being dramatic, she could be crying over it for a number of reasons including the fact that she does not want to look like anyone. But the bonus really is that if your family has strong genetic traits, she will look at least a little bit like you, so there is that to hope for.
