yes but mistakes are a common human occurence, an plus on the Internet most people don't care about punctuation because it waste time addin all the little dots and dashes. Now if thi was an essay online it would be unacceptable to not add punctutation.

The people who mention spelling and grammar understand that presentation matters. People can and will write you off if you look like a lazy idiot, no matter how valid your point may be. It's doubly important when you're arguing a point— how do we know you've actually thought about what you're saying if it looks like you wrote it out as quickly as possible? Proper grammar and spelling give weight to a written argument, no matter what the forum is.
