Today, I thought it would be funny to go on my boyfriend's Facebook to change his status. While in the process, his account received a message. Turns out he's planning on hooking up with his ex-girlfriend/one of my friends and is definitely over me. How's that for snooping around? FML

Today, my girlfriend got into my Facebook and changed our relationship status to single just to see which of my friends would "like" it. After revealing to me what she did, she now says I can no longer be friends with anyone who liked it. FML

Today, I decided it would be pretty amusing to press the "Like" button on everyone's status on Facebook without reading them just to get on peoples' nerves. After re-reading them later, I found out one of them said "I MISS YOU SOO MUCH GRANDMOM. RIP". I liked that her grandmother died. FML

Today, I logged onto facebook, and saw that one of my friends had just listed herself as in a relationship. I was happy for her, so I clicked the "like" button. Then I went to her page to see who her new boyfriend was. It was my boyfriend. FML

Thank you, finally someone who admits it! OP be happy please. Your boyfriend broke up with you because of a status on the INTERNET, where are we? In Second life? Oh no, so why the hell would he be mad at you when you explain to him what happenned in the "real life" (friend hacking your facebook, completely believable, when you gave her the password while trusting her with it). And for everyone saying you must dump your friend, it probably really was a joke. How could she know the boyfriend of OP was a overly dramatic nerd who lives on the internet? True it was still a bad joke, she violated OP's trust and privacy, so I agree that there is some talk to be done but I doubt she meant to do this. I'm glad that facebook only got so popular here thanks to farmville, it hasn't become someone's "second life" yet. It's just too ridiculous for words what facebook statusses can do.
