Today, my doctor put me on some extra strength antibiotics for an infection. On the label it says "WARNING: may cause Diarrhea"... 'may cause' is a funny term... this is the second time I've sharted in my pants today. FML

antibiotics have a tendency to do that when/if you don't eat before you take them. try eating something, and if you're a girl go buy lots of yogurt. (for anyone who says I should check the OP's gender myself... can't see it on my phone) <3

There are some antibiotics that lose their effect if you eat before taking them.

Also, I would recommend calling your doctor. Though diarrhea is a side effect, one of the biggest causes of diarrhea when taking antibiotics is C. Diff colitis. Basically, you can get rid of it by switching antibiotics in a lot of cases (with the C. Diff). Also, yes, lots of yogurt or acidophilus vitamins/pills.
