The illustrated FMLs

Today, in a supermarket, my four-year-old son whispered to me, asking if the checkout lady was able to wash between her fat rolls. She heard. FML

My sister used to call her daughter « Miss Piggy » which used to make my niece laugh. She was 4 at the time. Once at check out, the lady ringing them up was quite large and my niece started shouting to her “hello Miss Piggy” to make her laugh. The lady was apparently quite offended and my sister was really embarrassed. LOL

You obviously don't have kids #102 lol. I have 2, and they tend to run with just about anything they hear. Tv, music, public conversations, etc.

This same thing happened to me, although I was the kid that said it: I was about 3-4 at the time, and was at the library with my parents. There was a large lady in a chair near us, and I whispered to my dad (rather loudly, it seems), asking if she would break the chair. She heard, and shot daggers at us, so I'm told.

When I was 6 I was at a tea party hosted by whatever church my mom took me to. Well, the singer sounded bad, and I shouted out loudly "SHE SINGS HORRIBLE!" Ever since then, whenever we go somewhere, my parents lecture me about being polite and never repeating the incident.

What do you think, she probably didn't get upset but it probably hurt the low self-esteem she already had forcing her to coward when she got home and eat more. :/

I think what is important here is the education of your kid. Family first.

he means to educate the kid on whether or not she can wash between fat rolls. its a pressing matter which will probably be brought up many times. throughout the child's life

FML staff needs to implement a sarcasm font. But then we wouldn't get half the hilarious arguments we get. I see why we haven't gotten that font now! Well played FML well played.

That is not even relevant to the situation. Even without freedom of speech a 4 yr old would not understand that they aren't supposed to say those things aloud.

sorry, folks, my lame little post was a reference to a popular diet book. But admittedly, the reference wasn't funny, clever, or clear. So I'm going to pretend like I never made it. Hope you do the same
