Honestly I'd be much more satisfied telling people I had a sneeze powerful enough to give me a pinched nerve than telling people I got one throwing punches

Sneezes are one of the fastest things in the world. You're nose was running too fast to keep up with itself.

Pinched nerves are nothing to sneeze at. I'd recommend going to see your doctor to see if there are any options to treat your pain.

I basically do a full V sit-up when I sneeze, so you're not alone. However, as a person who throws lots of punches AND has a partially herniated disc, how, pray tell, do you pinch a nerve by punching?

I know how you feel. I have had two surgeries on my neck, both of which were due to damage caused by a sneezing fit.

Today, I sneezed, and i felt pain all over my body due to it, and the pain lasted for at least an hour... so I feel you... sneezes can be violent.
