Maybe you need a psychologist/therapist more than a dentist.
There are... Well, "toys" isn't quite the right word, but the generally used one for them... Anyway, there are "stim toys" for people with ASDs, and/or anxiety disorders. There are a few that are designed specifically to be friendly to the spacing of your teeth. More than that, if the actual movement of the teeth isn't bothering you or impacting your health, slightly crooked teeth are better than "cram all the teeth, as straight as possible, into this too-small space" teeth, health wise.
