Today, I went to a restaurant and sat at the last available table, which had a seat available across from me. A cute girl approached and asked if she could sit down, so I said "Sure" and made some room. She then asked "You're leaving, right?" FML

I told her I'd be done in 10 minutes which I was prepared to leave at that time, to which she replied, "Could you make it 5, I'm really hungry." So 10 minutes turned into 50. I must've lost track of time >_>

what's that anime on your pic?

I would have said no and told her to get her own table

It's Jiraiya from Naruto, actually.

Actually no it's not. It is in fact Inuyasha's brother.

I know it's late... but thats definitely Sesshomaru; InuYasha's older brother.

Either she thought you were getting your check or she is a bitch. Either way I hope you didn't give in to her and leave your own table.

well now that you've had a bad experience you have the right to tell the next bi*** NO haha

what a biatch. I hope you didn't feel guilted into moving!

Respond: "No, I just got here. But feel free to use half the table if you still want to." That way, you don't give up your own table out of a misplaced sense of guilt or chivalry, you uphold your original offer, you don't appear as if you expect anything to happen other than two strangers sharing a table out of necessity, and you give her a way out.

This. Word per word. I would have been a douche with my answer. Can't stand rude people. Although, she might have thought OP was waiting for the check or something.

I would have said "no but feel free to leave at any moment. I prefer to not eat with bitches." there's no reason to treat someone like that, and I have no desire to be chivalrous when she treats me like that.

We don't know the tone she used to ask that. Maybe she just phrases things weird or Op quoted her wrong. Maybe Op just has low self esteem. But from the way Op tells it she sounds like a royal bitch. The problem would be if she is that big of a bitch and throw a fit Op would get kicked out. It's the way things work these days and if she said , "Oh he just sat down and won't leave" then Op wouldn't be dining. So instead of causing a scene, I hope she at least had the dignity to leave herself.

it doesn't matter about the tone or if he was waiting for a check. she should of waited like any normal person would do to get a table. she thought she could punk op with her looks to get the table. I hope op told her no and to get her own table

Tell her; "yes, but my dick is staying"

I hope you told her no And ate as slowly as u could
