Today, I went swimming. While I was walking along side of the pool, everyone was staring at me. I began to think that my diet was really working. It was only an hour later, in the changing rooms, that I noticed the string from my Tampax that was sticking out of my swimming costume. FML

#2- Yes you can swim with a tampon in. You're obviously a guy... You'd be surprised how often this happens! :O Now you know whats in the pool!!!

#13 I was 13 when I had my period and it SUCKS!!! It's annoying and sometimes makes you break out. Enjoy not having it while you can!!!

To all the morons that have no idea what a swimming costume is, it's the british term for 'swimsuit' or 'bathing suit' Y'know, those things you wear to go swimming in. Is it not obvious from my FML that they mean that? We don't complain when you guys say hobos, pants or 'fannypack'

But isn't it kinda pretty easy to work out? I'm Australia and I use the term pretty often so... yeah. But swimming is swimming and costume is an outfit so swimming outfit basically is swimwear. Is it that hard to work out?

I got mine at 8, it's just part of being a female. And it's not likely to go away until you're around 55, so strap in and enjoy the ride.

I hated the ride so I used the emergency exit in the form of depo shots to get off the ride. Just because its part of being female doesn't make it suck any less :P
