Today, I was out for a walk with my family when we saw a sign that read "you are here." That's when my son asked, "how do they know where we are?" My son is 14 years old. FML

The funny part is that I used to have no idea why that show was called that until I finally read "1984" in high school.

OMG, how could a kid grow up so dumb that he needs to ask that question? Perhaps by living in a household where dumb questions are laughed at and publically mocked by those who are supposed to educate him?

The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.

The real question is how do we know where we are?

I'm tempted to write this off as hormones ******* with his brain, or the general joy of brain rearranging during the teenage years. It's a bit sad otherwise.
