Some siblings look exactly alike even if they are the opposite sex. My friend has a girl and boy whose faces look nearly identical, despite being 3yrs apart. If you put a long haired wig on her son, he'd be a mirror image of his sister. Probably just a slip of the tongue that they accidentally call you by your brother's name.

i know siblings like that too. its scary how much some people can look alike and not be identical twins.

Even some of their physical mannerisms are alike. His voice is deeper, but they both have the same laugh. It's crazy how much they are alike, although they think they look nothing alike. My brother and I don't look that much alike. Our eyes are the same, but hair color and physical features are very different. My brother is short and stocky with a muscular build. I have a skinny, small frame build (like my mom).
