Today, I was going into work early, only to find my car was gone. I checked to see if I parked elsewhere and was about to dial 911 when I saw my roommate pull my car back into its normal spot. He completely denied everything, even after I showed him a video I took of him getting out of my car. FML

I'll be kicking him out of the house

You may have so-called evidence, but he has "alternative facts" going for him. At this point in history, we just have to go with the more popular reality* *As determined by the Electoral College.

File a police report....and get rid of the roommate! This can only escalate.

Cons do this all the time. I've seen it on Cops.

If you can, kick your roommate out. If you can't, try to move out. If he does this again, try to press charges for him stealing your car.

With that video you can probably press charges against your roommate for theft of the vehicle, since they took it without your permission or knowledge

just keep the keys with you at all times? or get a steer lock. but yeah, I would kick him out or move myself

How did he get your keys for it?
