For the next time: Please tell a little more details. Like was it an airsoft gun or a regular gun? If it was a "real" gun he should be sent to a hospital for mentally disturbed or prison, if it was an airsoft gun: SUCK IT UP. It doesn't really hurt to be hit by anything lower that 100 metres per second if you're wearing clothes and it's further than 5 metres distance. Not an FYL.
