Today, I realized that I'm either asexual or just really not attracted to my boyfriend anymore because being touched makes me feel violated. Either way I'm sad. FML

Aw hun, don't feel sad about it. If you're asexual, you're asexual, nothing wrong about it. If you're not and he's making you feel violated that way, something needs to change. Either way, don't let him continue to touch you if it feels like you're being violated, okay?

If you can't tolerate being touched, you don't owe him (or anyone) physical contact. Sit him down and explain the situation to him- that either you are on the asexual spectrum or are just not tolerating touch from him right now. If he has problems with it, chances are he would have issues with something else down the road. If you were previously sexually attracted to him, you could be grey-ace, where your sexual attraction isn't always around. If he is okay with it and you are still romantically attached to him, it'd be a good idea to discuss alternate sources for sexual activities for him.

If you still love him, that's really sad. Hope things work out eventually.

um.... sex therapist? not a lot you can do. This isn't a simple disease that can be cured, your options are limited.
