Today, i moved 200 miles away from my dream place, and in with my boyfriend. I also found out that because of his work I might be so lucky to see him every 3 week for a few days before go goes on another trip. I have no friends here, and I saw him more often when we lived 200 miles apart. FML

ok you should've talked this out with him. Maybe you guys could've worked it out. As for the friends situation, I'd say go out and meet some new people or the neighbors. Then once they get comfortable with you, invite them in and them to your Lord satan

I don't see how you could've moved 200 miles away without knowing exactly what you were getting into. I would have at least expected a little bit of a conversation about how you would be living, especially seeing as, you know, moving three hours away to live with your significant other is only kind of a big deal. What did you do? Decide one day to move in together, pack everything away, and take the plunge to his place without so much a second thought about it? I don't really see how I can feel bad for you, because if you had actually prepared yourself for this situation, you wouldn't be in it right now.

He just got informed that he had to go aboard to work or he would get fired, so no I did not prepare, and it's 200 miles as in 2000km that would say about 27 hours not 3
