Today, I’m in China, and I took my Golden Retriever to the groomer’s to get him cleaned up, because he’d been rolling in mud. I returned to find him totally shaved, save his head and tail. FML

Probably there was another dog there who was going into the army; the stylist took a phone call, there was a miscommunication... these things happen.

I hope that your dogs hair grows back!!! wow fydl poor dude. that person should be punched and fired never EVER shave a double coated dog unless you have no choice (severe matting etc)

You need to go back and either get a refund, or make them complete the whole grooming session.

NONONO they left the head and tail unshaved on purpose, thats what they often do with dogs that are actually supposed to be shaved. Shaving the rest would make the disaster even worse.
