#25 that is also what parent's tell their children when people are being cruel. If that were always the case there would be a whole bunch more love in the world but sadly there is not. OP you can't let something like this get you down too bad, because that's like admitting he won in that situation. Usually, only the most beautiful women available are invited to parties, so you were obviously in exceptional company! Guys can be jerks. I am frequently ashamed by my gender. Sorry you ran afoul of some of the bad ones. Definately NOT a YDI! No one deserves such crass behavior.
