Today, I had an "accident" for the second time this week. I'm 21. I should not be having this problem. FML

Go to a doctor. Now. That is not a sign of anything good.

Yeah don't just hope for the best, find out what's happening. Hopefully it's something harmless and easily fixed.

This is the kinda thing that happened when I had undiagnosed diabetes, I'd agree with everyone else and have a doctor check you out. If you don't bring up diabetes specifically, they probably won't check for it

My one sister has that problem if she laughs too hard and too much. She's 23.

Not sure if you mean urine or bowels, but Crohn's appears between ages 15-30, IBS can start showing symptoms before 35 and UI has many potential reasons (weak blatter muscles, weak pelvic floor) Bad genetics may have kicked in early or perhaps a problem with your UT/Kidneys. Doctor right away, and don't be ashamed to wear a pad of some sorts until it's sorted out.

Depending on what kind of incontinence you're having and whether it has physical or psychological causes, I say that you should see a urologist or a proctologist and maybe also a therapist. All sorts of things could be causing this.

while sleeping?? or?? if you're having accidents while sleeping you might be forming diabetes. I'd set up a doctors appointment
