Today, I got demoted from my manager's position, only to be replaced by a 21 year-old who has never worked in retail in her life. I now have to spend the next month teaching her my job so they can fire me. FML

1. Like other posters i'm wondering exactly what the FML poster may have done to deserve this, and thinking that if the FML poster is good enough to be training the replacement if it is in fact their fault. 2. Once again, like other posters I'm wondering why these people get the courtesy of wasting valuable job hunting time by even showing up for work if it's 100% for sure that after training comes the pink slip. I also don't see how being demoted equals being fired...
