Today, I got an e-mail from a guy I'd had a one night stand with. He wanted to get together to talk about it. Turns out he's in rehab and he wanted to address the biggest mistakes he'd ever made in his life. I am a on a drug addict's list of regrets. FML

I don't know why you're so offended. In rehab, one of the steps is making an inventory of everything you did that was harmful to yourself, that you regretted. One Night Stands aren't usually anyone's high points.

There's nothing wrong with having a one night stand if you're safe about it. Perhaps it's just not like him to have sex with random people.

i would disregard the fact that he is a drug addict. drug addicts have other regrets too--- such as one night stands.

He's in rehab and you want us to feel sorry for you? How many people do you know that consider one night stands among the things they've done right in their life? Maybe his drug problem was the reason he even hooked up with you and that's why he needs to work through it. #1 FTW

i dont see what the problem is the rehab place probably told him that one night stands are sinful and stuff like that hes brain washed. and #2 i consider them to be high points

Nice try #9, ive had a 4 year gf, a 2 year gf, and currently am in one that will be two years next month. I just dont see how one can have one night stands and not expect regret in some form or another at some point

A one night stand doesn't automatically mean regret. Some people like to have casual sex (with strangers) and that's just their thing.
