Do you know what happens to people who don't pay their parking tickets? Eventually they put a boot on their car... Or tow their car. Do you know what you don't have to worry about? BOTH of those things, because you don't have a car. Just write to them, tell them you don't have a car, and if they send it to you again, ignore it.

Does the ticket have the car license plate numbers on it? Because then if they look on the register they will see the car isn't yours...

how the **** is this an FML. If you don't own a car and you got a ticket then it's obviously an easily fixable mistake. I hope you never get a car or if you do I hope you crash.
