Try to work on your confidence. People tend to find that attractive! This was mentioned above, but the fact that she is a compulsive liar doesn't make everything she says a lie. That may have been a genuine compliment! Even if she was lying, there are people out there who will find you appealing. Don't worry, OP. Keep your chin up and don't change your appearance to fit society's expectations.
