Today, I found out that my wife makes mashed potatoes by using her dirty feet to crush the potatoes because apparently this is a "healthy, natural" way to make them, and it also cleans her feet. I've been eating her mashed potatoes at least once every week. FML

I'd say have a glass of wine and mull it over, but that might just get you thinking of how those grapes were crushed.

Organic with a little extra protein, no charge

Tell her that's unsanitary.. Next time she makes mashed potatoes maybe get in there and help her to make sure she's keeping her feet out if there lol

Come on now, I think divorce is just a toe over the line.

It depends on her family's culture. In some parts of South America this is a perfectly normal thing to do. It's the "correct" way to mash the potatoes. And about the only thing I learned in Spanish 3 in high school...

What culture/country is this? None of my Spanish friends or family have ever mentioned this important little tidbit!

i am from Mexico I ve lived in almost every country in latin America since my parents were diplomats. And I have never heard or seen such thing so OMG

Maybe she's trying to tell you she's into sploshing :/ haha spill the beans. . .

I think its times for the man to take charge of the kitchen before any more damage is done
