Today, on my way back from a family trip, my fiancé informed me via text that he'd been cheating on me for years and that he'd moved out of our house and left the state. He blocked me before I could respond. We were together for 7 years. FML

Let him make his own mistakes or successes at the company. You will look petty trying to get him fired because he cheated on you; being a bad bf doesn't equate to being a bad worker.

She's been dating him for seven years. He hasn't necessarily been cheating on her with the 18-year-old the whole time. He may have just started seeing her.
