On the plus side if you're going to fail your driving test you might as well get it done early. Now you can get the fuck out of the DMV a little quicker than usual... unless of course you're stuck waiting for someone to pick you up 'cause you can't drive.

The DRIVING in itself is pretty darn great. It's an orgasm. On the freeway, now that's like anal stimulation. Not that I know what that feels like...

In college, I worked 2-7am. The 20 minute drive to work each morning was DEFINITELY orgasmic. Being the only car within sight, going as fast as I damn well pleased, the illusion of complete solitude in such a big city. I loved it.

Agreed, I drive 30,000 miles a year, and love every minute in my car. Going to work or to Arby's, it's all fun.

Driving is great, but definitely overrated in America. Once most people acquire a car and driver's license, they take it as an excuse to refuse walking anywhere, because it's just easier to drive there. Of course, with the distances in the suburbs for example, it's a necessity. You can't go almost anywhere without a car. I love driving, but I still think a lot of people need to get up off their lazy asses and walk more.

Ok, driving is great and everything, but orgasmic? Commute anywhere longterm, an hour there and back every day for instance, and you'll rethink this 'orgasmic' thing.

I completely understand that 96. I used to live in the suburbs *shudder*. But once people get used to driving everywhere, oftentimes when they're in a situation where walking is a viable option, they choose to drive instead, thus missing the opportunity to get some fresh air and exercise. Also, it depends on what you call far away. To me, a far walk would be around an hour to. I would still walk the distance, but it's the point at which I'm more likely to choose driving.

I'm 17 and having a car is absolutely amazing. I have a BMW 535i twin turbo (2007) and before you call me a douche or some rich kid it's because I've been working since I was 13 and that's my dream car. Every second in it is amazing and getting to go to the BMW test track in Spartanburg NC (about an hour from me) is the coolest thing in the freaking world.

My first thoughts exactly. There are already way too many people that can't drive with a license, let's not add one more to the roads.

The only way to fail before leaving the DMV is not stopping at the stop sign before turning out into the road. If you can't stop at a stop sign, especially while taking the test, you deserve a lot more than simply failing.

I met a girl who did the same. While I was waiting to get my liscense, she said she hit the curb and failed immediately. Maybe she is the OP? If so, third tries a charm.

Reply

Sometimes it takes a loss to make you want it even more. Shouldn't make OP feel bad. It was obviously a loss all the way around.

Okay apparently I can't spell, and 45 can't read, where does is it say or insinuate that I want to "bring the man down"? clearly it says fuck the establishment and everyone, I may hate our system and think its completely fucked but it's best one we have so far. so I will have to suffer with it.

Reply

#92 Yes they are the same thing, but look at the context, bringing "the man" down, and "fuck the establishment" (hating them) are to entirely different things.

Reply

You're right, we need a new establishment where retards like yourself can drive around without proper registration.

Reply

Lol I like how 113 calls me retarded, yet his comment was moded & now several hrs later edited to help him out before perhaps calling something much more childish & I believe you meant *can't drive around w/o proper insurance. But either way the system is completely flawed, as I wolud get my registration, ins, & DL just so I wouldn't have deal with headaches of constantly being pulled over, but apparently Texas driving laws are so fucked that I can't get any of those unless....

I pay $2000+ fines & wait 3 yrs before I can obtain a license & ins, it's just a way for the state to keep bleeding money from the working class, & next time before running your mouth about something you know nothing about, you should really check yourself.
