Today, I found out that the horrific smell coming from somewhere in my kitchen was a rotting dead mouse in my dishwasher. I have been eating off plates washed in dead-mouse water for the past week. FML

Today, I woke up and went into the bathroom and noticed a dark mass in the toilet. Thinking someone took a dump and didn't flush, I approached the toilet ready to dispose of it. That's when I noticed its whiskers and ears. It was a rat, and it was alive. FML

Today, my cat brought home a bloody, barely-living mouse. The thing managed to escape and dragged itself into a crack in the wall, where it must have died. The only way to get it out before it starts to stink up the place is by demolishing the wall. FML

Have you never seen a dog eat something completely disgusting to human eyes? Have you never been witness to the glorious sight of a canine masticating a chunk of feces? Have you not observed the look of ecstasy on said canine's face as the individual particles of excrement smoothly rush down his throat? Dogs will eat anything, the stinkier the better. A rotting mouse carcass would be delicious to the average dog.

I've gotten that sort of thing before. Catching mice under shadowy radiators sometimes leads to missed vermin. Which leads to decay and smell.
