Why would anyone trade with you, really? I sympathize with you, having to sit there for so long. However, no one in their right mind would willing sacrifice themselves to it either.

Can't the two friends at least sit together, without having you in between them? That's just rude, forcing a stranger to be in the middle of their jokes and conversations.

I feel you. I once flew 12 hours from NZ to South Korea, when I saw already at the gate the bastard child of Jesus and every Hippie ever alive, who only had a guitar as hand luggage. When looking for my seat on the plane I find it, right next to the seat where Hippiejesus was already seated. Taking my place I wonder what that foul smell is, only to notice that Jesushippie wasn't wearing any shoes...

You should have complained to the crew before the flight left. A man on a Jazz Air flight in 2010 was removed from the plane because of passengers complaining about his offensive body odor ...

By smelling bad- that's how an 'odor' would offend someone. Offensive means "unpleasant." Rancid is used to describe things that smell unpleasant. Ergo, "rancid" body odor is offensive. This is basic English. Maybe the next time you don't understand a word you should look it up BEFORE you make an ass out of yourself trying to 'correct' someone who used a word correctly. That said, I hope you aren't truly a heart surgeon, because I have the feeling that you trying to explain a procedure would be unintelligible.

I would argue it's more serious on the Internet because you're forced to use only words to convey a point, full of your personality, tone, and expression. And considering the person in question is 15, he most likely is the person who has most recently learnt about all such things, so he should arguably be best at it.

Yeah, I once traded so a daughter can sit with her parents, I still regret it to today when I sat next to a body builder and a fat woman
