There was a Chinese restaurant in my neighbourhood that shut down a few years back when the health inspector founds dog meat in the back of their refrigerator. I honestly don't think it was served to the customers but was more for the employees/cooks who celebrate that annual Chinese's dog-eating festival. The place never reopened.
