Today, all of my managers were in a conference with a new employee who put in his 2 week notice after only working for 3 weeks. Maybe getting feedback on why he was leaving...wrong, turns out they gave him a raise. Now he makes more than I do and I've been there for 6 years and am way more qualified

Maybe they just gave him the raise so he can stay. It can be tedious for the company to hire employees because they have to look for candidates and train them, especially since he was only there for that long. They must really need employees in order to offer him a raise. If you've never gotten a raise I would talk to someone about that especially for working there that long.

Sounds like you should find a new job. You've got the experience for it!
