Today, after work, I peeled a parking ticket off my windshield. It was so hot that the ink from the ticket made a stamp on my windshield. Now I have a permanent reminder staring me in the face wherever I drive. FML

Since you're obviously not bright enough to figure out how to clean glass, maybe next time it will remind you not to park illegally. Don't complain about things that come about from stupid actions you chose to do.

alcohols too expensive and nice to waste. go to hardware store and buy a little bottle of methylated spirits. or alternatively. on a freezing cold day pour freshly boiled water onto the centre of your windscreen :)

methylated spirits IS an alcohol. "Alcohol" is not necessarily the expensive stuff that you drink.
