Maybe set up a GoFundMe or something similar? Or if you are members of a religious organization, ask the person in charge of it if they would be willing to set up a donation drive for you. Hell, you could even ask your employers. Though it would honestly be a good idea to get some money stored away for emergencies first, THEN start saving up for a marriage license, so if something happens you aren't broke because you got the license instead.
