Today, after being single for a while now, I unwillingly went on a blind date with a guy my friend convinced me would be perfect for me. He took me to McDonald's; his father was with him the whole entire time. He is 27. FML

Well it doesn't sound like you're committed to a second date. And all your other dates will most likely seem better by comparison.

Well... Perhaps the guy has little dating experience. Or he could be a massive fool, either way, it's a bad date, they happen.

Well, you better make sure they don't say anything about keeping it in the family... Being forced to date the son and father at the same time seems creepy enough.

Being single probably doesn't seem so bad,

Well, was at least one of them (daddy or boy) hot!?

Ugh I hate that tautology... "whole entire"

It is a bit redundant, isn't it?

#44, it's better than him being there the "entire hole time." ;)

Dear Mr. or Ms. Pleonasm: Almost 4 years ago, I met the perfect guy. Well, almost perfect. Don't give up on finding your soul mate.....From, Wanky Dog

Of course his dad was there. Parental supervision is necessary for "special people"

His father chaperoned the date so that he would be insured his son kept his virtue and thus negotiate bride price
