This Guy Sent The Wrong File To His Professor And The Result Is Hilarious

"Send cat pics, bby."

Everyone has been a student and knows the struggle of pulling an all-nighter to try and get your work done in time, at the very last minute. And lets be real, no one gets their work done ahead of time.

But nobody knows the struggle quite like Alex Sparrow, who was trying to turn in his literary essay about diversity in society, and accidentally turned in.... not that.

Alex took to Twitter to recount his tale, and it went viral. His story was retweeted almost 300,000 times.

“For several days I couldn’t even scroll through Twitter without it freezing up on whatever was showing,” Alex said in an interview with Bored Panda. “I had a video stuck on my phone for 5 minutes as I was getting hundreds of notifications every second.”

So what did he send? See for youself below.

Since Alex's tweet went viral, he promised all that were invested that he would update them as soon as he got a response from his professor.

...Which is exactly what he did, and the result was wonderful.

Not sure why this is an FML. There are far worse pics to accidentally send to one's professor. I'm also really curious how one could accidentally attached a picture file of the cat, which is a very different file format than a document.
