Check Out These Hilarious Cakes Messages That The Baker Clearly Took Way Too Literally

Perfect for an FML themed birthday!

It's your special day, and you want everything to go right. And what is the pinnacle representation of a birthday or graduation or promotion or... anything worth celebrating, at all? Cake, of course. Arguably, without a good cake, you may as well stay home and knit.

Either these bakers were just being snarky, or they really missed the memo (pun intended.) Regardless, they've given us a good laugh, and we are here for it. Here are the funniest cake message fails from Imgur.

I once had a cake order that appeared to want “happy birthday Cunt” on it. Turns out it was “Clint”. The person who took the order did the name in all caps and their “L” and “I” were too close together. Good thing I confirmed the spelling.

Some of these people kind of deserve it - why would you even jokingly write something only to follow up with "No, don't write that, write this instead." Some people you just have to spell it out, but even that can wind up a fail. But seriously, these bakers have no common sense, and if they had questions, they should have asked their paying customers. I hope they didn't get paid for their idiocy. >.<

So what it says on it, at least it is cake and YOU can eat it. I have attended way too many parties over the past four years and can not eat the cake because of glutton intolerance. That's my FML.
