Today, a guy I like tried to talk to me. I got so nervous that I had a panic attack and puked in front of him. FML

About five years ago I had the same problem with the guy I liked. I used to puke every time I knew I would meet him (first time it happened right in front of him, then I kinda understood the problem and prepared myself before going out the house). But we still got together in the end, and we are a couple to this day. If your crush cares about you just enough, he won't reject you for being sick; if he's so shallow as to change his mind about you for an incident like this, he's not worth stressing about; if he didn't like you before, even without puking you wouldn't have changed his mind. So try not to be too mad about it.

I think you ‘projected’ yourself to him in just the right way

Hey, at least you didn’t shit yourself, too (as far as we know), so you’re 50% cooler than that other girl!

I thought that this was just a South Park joke.

Nope, he isn't Mr. Right. Your body activated it's defensive mechanism automatically. Move on now.

One of the pros of being aromantic- I don't have to worry about doing this myself. Except in my case I would probably have a literal heart attack.
